Last night I did not sleep well. I am taking a steroid for my poison oak and I seem to be having a hard time sleeping with it. Do tonight j am thankful for clean sheets kn my bed, and Tylenol PM.
Dear Father, thank you for giving me the energy to be productive and get ahead today even though I was tired. Amen.

Hopefully they told you to take the steroid pills in the morning with food. Those things can make you crazy! I hope your poison oak is getting better though. Love you
