So....I like to plan parties and I will be the first to admit...I sometimes go a little overboard. There's always just one more thing that I 'could' do. Well, Olive's birthday party is tomorrow. And I am totally and completely ready. I am sitting here typing this and realizing that I could go to bed right now if I wanted to and not set an alarm...and we'd still be ready in time tomorrow. I am not entirely sure how this happened, but I have to figure this out so I can do it again next time. I have to admit...this feels pretty amazing!
Dear Father, thank you for planning, preparation and readiness. Thank you for allowing me a few minutes this evening to realize, acknowledge, and bask in this moment. It is only through you that all things are possible. Amen.
