Today I am thankful for make-believe play. My parents and I took Addison to the beach. She used our inflatable boat as an airplane, surfboard, cruise ship, bathtub and spent quite a bit of time chasing her run-away imaginary kid, Skully. She made the day so fun!
Dear god, thank you for childlike faith and imagination and the impression it made on me today. Amen.
