My feet have not ever been beautiful. They spent much of their time crammed in running shoes or soccer cleats. That doesn't lend itself to elegance. In any way, shape or form. Tonight, I am thankful for pretty toes - and for an hour and a half of pampering. Thankful for a nail salon that took me in at 8:15 for a mani/pedi and didn't rush through it - but allowed me to enjoy the experience.
Dear God - thank you for providing a bit of pampering in my week. thank you for bright pink toes that make me smile when I wiggle them. Amen.
