- Say "dog"....she did this eighty times the first night we left for vacation when she woke up in the hotel and Autumn was nowhere to be found.
- Say "Mama" and "Dada"
- Say "Hot" (prounounced: haaaaa)
- Say "Yeaaaah"
- Say "MooMoo" (which is what we call a sippy cup filled with milk)
- Say "Ouck" (for yucky)
- Say "Hi" (pronounced: haaaaai)
- She can wave (she often does this to total strangers...before they even look at her)
- She can climb up and down stairs
- She can get up and down off the couch and the bed
- She can put her own toys away (well...we're working on it)
- She can hold her own sippy (this was huge after she threw her sippy cup at us because she wanted a drink and didn't think she should have to hold it herself)
- She can open some doors (if they have the right kind of door knob)
- She can point to her "beebo" (which...if you have ever read Sandra Boynton's "the belly button book" you know is a belly button....she even pulls up her shirt.)
- She can pet the dog gently
- She can give kisses and hugs
- She can wear her hair in pigtails

And lastly, she can walk. I'm not joking. I know I have been saying since she was like nine months old that we are just days away from walking....but it really happened. Yesterday our friends Kristen and Steve were visiting from Canada (Kristen is my old college roommate and teammate) and Becca and Jason (Becca is also an Alma friend) were all here...and she just did it. She walked a few times. Whenever we applauded or praised her she would get really embarrased and put her head down and hide her face....which made it all the cuter. She didn't do it today - but she did get her picture taken with the Easter Bunny - and now that we know she can do it I am sure she will be all over...
