Wow...I think it's been a couple of weeks since I last posted. Let's see here...Addison got another ear infection and the pediatrician said one more before the "cold and flu" season starts and they are sending us off to the Ear Nose and Throat Specialist. On the same day that Jeff had to take her to the pediatrician for her ear infection she fell on a statue at Nana and Papa's house and got a black eye! (Just a tiny one!) She's still sick and the antibiotics for the ear infection gave her a little yeast infection. My poor baby. She's not very happy and she just wants to be held. Can you blame her?
The Waddibear met her very special cousin, Mercer from California and her Aunt Pamela this weekend (pictures to come!) and her Nana and Papa sold their house!
It was Aunt Jessi's birthday and we had to employ some trickery to keep her surprised about her present! She saw the Coach bag in Addy's room last week before her birthday and decided it was for her. She bugged me about it all week telling me she knew what she was getting! So...on her birthday we wrapped up a Starbucks card (since that's what we usually get her) in the Coach box and let her think that was all she was getting. I think she actually believed it but then we had the waitress at Roses' bring her the real present with her dessert...her Coach wristlet! I think she was surprised!
The weekend before that she went to her friend Brooklyn's first birthday and donned a VERY cute little dress that Gramme knit for her. And the next day we went to see Great Grumpy, Aunt Jill and Uncle Scott.
This last weekend we went to dinner at our friends' Rebecca and Jason's home for dinner. They made tacos which Addy tried (and liked!). Addison did a stellar job exploring their house and playing with Bec and Jason!
Okay, I promise not to wait two more weeks before posting again...I had way too much to cram into this one. AND....thanks Aunt Addie for the pumpkin socks!

okay my goodness I have been trying to put a comment for days and apparently this worksite does not appreciate blogs. Thank you for the adorable photos of Addy! sorry to hear she is going through such a rough time. It was great talking to you and Jessi the other night!
