I have been delinquent. I have no problems taking the year timeframe from someone's wedding to give them their gift. Now obviously if I am purchasing something I will present it at the wedding. But in the case of my two best friends I have made the gifts, and taken much longer than my allotted 12 months. So, today I can say, with ease when I see Lindsey and Jaffer at Christmas I will be able to give them their wedding gift, only 16 months into their marriage.
Dear God, thank you for these wonderful people in my life. Amen
