I have been swamped at work. Slammed. Swimming. Overwhelmed with work and underwhelmed with time. So when I realized that today that I only have one client scheduled all of next week due to the holiday and some vacation time I think I was able to breathe a bit easier. Granted, I will more than likely do some work from home over the next eleven days, but other than the one client I have scheduled for next Tuesday I plan to spend some quality time with family, clean my house, get the Christmas decorations out and get some shopping done!
Dear God, thank you for the opportunity to get caught up, from the comfort of my own home, get ahead here at home, and spend time with my special people. It really is all about balance. Amen.
