Day 137 - My Sword Swallowing Daughter

Today I am thankful for my sword swallowing daughter.  A little background here.  Addison's pre-school's end of the year performance is "the mini school circus".  Each child has a special role.  This year Addison was the sword swallower.  I am thankful for her confidence in her ability to perform.  She stood up in front of a decent sized crowd and amazed.  I am thankful for the family she has that was there to cheer her on, and the confidence that this experience will continue to breed in her.  I am thankful for my little sword swallower.

Dear God - I thank you for pointing us in the direction of Mini School.  I am thankful for the love, learning and values that Addy feels there daily - I am thankful that this is translating into confidence and willingness to try new things.  Amen.
