Addison loves music. She walks around with her ipod on and sings, she makes sure we bring an ipod with us when we go somewhere in the car. Her music choices are not always most pleasurable for mom and dad. She likes flo-rida, she likes kesha, lady ga-ga. ugh. However, this weekend I put Adele on my ipod and Michael Jackson on hers. We are listening to new music. For this, I am thankful - I don't know if I could have heard Tik Tok one more time. Everytime we got in the car today, "Mom, can you put Adele on? I want to hear 'rumor has it'. Sure can!
Dear God - thank you for using music as a medium in which to reach addy. Thank you for new choices and for change. amen.
