Today was haircut day. I love haircut day. Not because I like to get my haircut, but because someone else washes my hair. It is so relaxing to have a head massage. I honestly don't think there is anything else like it. My favorite thing about my hair dresser is she understands this. She spends as much time washing my hair as she does cutting and styling it. I like the new do too!
Dear God. Thank you for an evening that involved pampering. Thank you for making the process relaxing and not rushed or crammed. Thank you for little indulgences that make our day good. Amen.
