Every year the Eklove's head West to visit Nana and Papa in Arizona. This year, we put off buying tickets way too long. I almost bought them last week when the prices were really low...went to do it the next morning and they had all but doubled. I've been kicking myself for the last four days about how I should have done it earlier. However, tonight I happened to log on and found a good enough deal to go ahead and do it. Tonight I am thankful for a good enough deal and a date to look forward to - as the sleet slams against my window tonight I can think of warmer nights ahead.
Dear God, thank you for blessing Jeff, the girls and I with a week to look forward to. Thank you for the memories we have created in Arizona on trips passed and please keep us healthy and well as we await our trip. Amen.
