Jeff and I are very blessed by the people we have in our lives. Today we got to spend some time with quite a few of them. I'm not talking about people who are just fun to be around - but honest to goodness good people. People who accept you for who you are, where you are, when you are. People who expect good things from you - not because they want them - but because they believe you in. People who will be there no matter what life throws you for. People you grow with - people you are with for life. I am so thankful that each person we spent time with today is a part of our life - and each for their own reason.
Dear God - thank you for giving us such solid people in our life. Thank you for bringing people to us that will challenge us in our relationship with you, both in fellowship and in growth. Thank you for allowing us to understand that it is in our relationships that we can reflect your love. Please continue to guide us and stretch us when it comes to our relationships. Amen.
