this sunday we had the opportunity to work on the garden . we had to put a fence in a couple weeks ago (and were successful with a lot of help from drew!). the fence has been helpful in keeping those pesky bunnies out. we ended up needing to replant a lot of the veggies. i don't think that we are going to have a very successful pea crop this year - but i think everything else will turn out just great. peppers. i think we are going to have tons of these this year! we have seven or eight different pepper plants.

peas. addy got to eat our first pea this weekend. i think she may be the new pea thief. i have been replaced.

cucumbers. this is what it cost to have the fence put up. drew put it up but he now has his claim on 33% of the cucumbers produced.

tomatoes. our first ones of the year!

on sunday, we also had another first. addison's first bee sting. and it happened twice. she was playing in her baby pool at my parents and then she started screaming. drew and pa found the nest and took care of it. she cried and cried. and then wanted to go home. and take a nappy. sweet girl.
