To Vacation...2 weeks from yesterday we will be in warm, snow-free, sunny (hopefully) Phoenix.
Til Addison walks....I think that this may never happen.
Til Jeff gets home and enjoys a wonderful (I hope) home-made dinner of tilapia and butternut squash, cornbread pudding, and fresh green beans....about half an hour.
Til Summer....what is that again? I'm sorry - we're buried in so much snow that I think I've forgotten what green grass is.
Til Uncle Chad's birthday...we are officially one day late - HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY!
Til Lindsey and I can stop playing phone tag and actually have a conversation - hopefully soon!
Til Addison gets to see Ewan again...about six months.
I feel like since we are buried under all of this snow I am looking forward to many things - but they seem so far away. I sometimes have to tell myself - stop thinking about it! Stop thinking the vacation you are going on in two weeks, and get the things you need to get done before you go done. Stop waiting for Addison to walk - and remember that the longer she crawls, the longer she is your baby. Stop waiting for summer - and try to enjoy the snow. Okay, I think I might have just gone too far....

I'm with ya. I'm always looking forward to the next thing coming and have to remind myself to enjoy the now.
For me, the absence of yard work is enough for me to be glad for the snow ;)
You could be like us and have a nice new sled, but no snow. We just got a full day of rain, which caused our basement to flood...again.
Almost done travelling!!! Almost done with the 15-16 hour days! Can't wait to hear what's going on in your life! Love you and miss you!
